• Respectful and supportive of diverse cultures and perspectives
• Physically able to travel via charter bus, walk long distances, climb stairs, and remain outdoors for extended periods
• At least 20 years old

Echo Education Program Facilitators are enthusiastic, motivated individuals who lead elementary school students through enriching, day-long field trip experiences. As ambassadors of Echo Education, Facilitators guide learning activities, deliver curriculum, and ensure a safe, organized, and engaging environment throughout each program.
